General Refund Principles
We are committed to providing high-quality educational content and workshop experiences. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Workshop Enrollment Refunds
Refund eligibility for workshop enrollments is determined by the following criteria:

Full Refund: Requests submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the workshop content or materials

Partial Refund: Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase with less than 40% content accessed, subject to a 25% administrative fee

No Refund: Requests submitted after 14 days of purchase or after accessing more than 40% of workshop content
Live Session Cancellations
For live interactive workshops and scheduled sessions:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward future sessions
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for refunds
- No-shows without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds
Subscription Services
For subscription-based access to our platform:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund if less than 10% of content has been accessed
- After the initial 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewals
Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following purchases are final and non-refundable:
- Completed workshops or courses where certification or completion credentials have been issued
- Downloadable materials, resources, or digital content that have been accessed or downloaded
- One-on-one coaching or mentoring sessions that have been completed
- Access to exclusive community forums or collaborative tools after participation
- Bundle packages or promotional offers where partial content has been accessed
- Gift certificates, vouchers, or promotional credits
Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
We strive to maintain reliable platform access and service quality:
- If technical issues prevent access to purchased content for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a refund or service extension
- Minor interruptions or temporary unavailability do not qualify for refunds
- Compatibility issues with your personal devices or internet connection are not grounds for refunds
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues before processing refund requests

Refund Processing

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Processing Fees
Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors are generally non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.
Account Access After Refund
Upon approval and processing of a refund:
- Your access to the refunded workshop, course, or service will be immediately revoked
- Any certificates, credentials, or completion records associated with the refunded content will be invalidated
- Downloaded materials should be deleted from your devices, though we cannot enforce this technically
- Your general account may remain active for future purchases unless you request account closure
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests based on:
- Medical emergencies or serious illness
- Bereavement or family emergencies
- Unexpected financial hardship
- Other significant life events
Will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly with documentation supporting your situation, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include refunds, credits, or extended access.
Dissatisfaction with Content
If you are unsatisfied with the quality or content of a workshop:
- Contact us within the eligible refund period to discuss your concerns
- We may offer alternative solutions such as access to different content, additional support, or modified learning paths
- Refund decisions based on content dissatisfaction are made at our discretion and within the timeframes specified above
- Subjective dissatisfaction alone may not qualify for a refund if you have accessed significant portions of the content
Disputes and Chargebacks

- Initiating a chargeback with your financial institution without contacting us may result in immediate account suspension
- Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and loss of access to all content
- We will respond to legitimate disputes and work toward fair resolution
- Evidence of service delivery will be provided to financial institutions in the event of disputed charges
Changes to Pricing
If we adjust pricing for workshops or services:
- Price changes do not apply retroactively to existing purchases
- No refunds will be issued if content is later offered at a reduced price
- Promotional pricing and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions
Group Enrollments and Corporate Purchases
Special terms apply to bulk purchases and corporate training programs:
